Individual face-to-face sessions may be at weekly fortnightly or monthly intervals depending on need and availability.
The sessions can be contracted on behalf of an individual by a supervisor or HR or directly by the executive him or herself.

Change I & M Groups
Change Initiation and Management Groups are different from many other CM groups in that they are not a part of a re-engineering process, but more of a passion-oriented, think-tank and project initiation designed to move a company or a sector of a company into its Next Big Thing. A process that can take six months and more, and which needs the participation of left-field and creative thinkers in the organisation.
EQ Training Groups
Small training groups for HR and beyond to experience the different stages of emotional intelligence development via the three parameters of sensitivity training, confrontation and analysis. A year-long group of three terms for four to eight people.
